Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Fragrances that have been opened or tested are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may only be exchanged, not refunded.

How to Return

1. Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. We will share the return shipping address.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
